  • Storage container with a lid
  • Heat-resistant spatula (optional)

Method

  1. Step 1: In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, and maple syrup. Use a whisk to combine the ingredients until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Step 2: Place the saucepan over medium heat and continue to whisk the mixture as it heats up. Avoid boiling.
  3. Step 3: Once heated, remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Step 4: Allow the creamer to cool in the saucepan for a few minutes. Once at room temperature, transfer it to a clean storage container with a lid.
  5. Step 5: Store your Vanilla Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before each use.

Notes

If you prefer a sweeter flavor, feel free to add more maple syrup or sweetener to taste. For a vegan version, substitute heavy cream and milk with coconut cream and almond milk.
