Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your Traeger grill to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Step 2: Remove the membrane from the back of each rack of ribs and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. Step 3: Rub olive oil over both sides of the ribs and apply the spice rub generously.
  4. Step 4: Place the ribs on the grill grates, bone side down, and smoke for 3 hours.
  5. Step 5: Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and return to the grill for 2 hours.
  6. Step 6: Unwrap the ribs and brush your favorite BBQ sauce on both sides.
  7. Step 7: Place the glazed ribs back on the grill and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
