- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt and 1 cup of sour cream. Use a spatula to mix these two ingredients until they are smooth and creamy.
- Step 2: Next, stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and 2-3 finely chopped fresh jalapeños. Adjust the number of jalapeños according to your heat preference.
- Step 3: Add 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and a pinch of salt to taste. Mix everything thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Step 4: Once all the ingredients are combined, taste the dip and adjust the salt as needed. If desired, add a squeeze of lime juice for extra zing!
- Step 5: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and garnish it with fresh chopped cilantro.
Notes
