  • 1 jar roasted red peppers 12 oz, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup goat cheese crumbled
  • 1 cup spinach chopped
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
For garnish
  • Fresh basil

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large oven-safe skillet, combine orzo pasta, roasted red peppers, goat cheese, spinach, vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
