Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 head garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Slice off the top of the head of garlic to expose the cloves and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Step 3: Wrap the garlic in aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
  4. Step 4: Allow the garlic to cool, then squeeze the cloves into a mixing bowl.
  5. Step 5: Add sour cream and horseradish to the bowl and mix until smooth.
  6. Step 6: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Step 7: Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
