- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Slice off the top of the head of garlic to expose the cloves and drizzle with olive oil.
- Step 3: Wrap the garlic in aluminum foil and roast in the oven for 30-35 minutes.
- Step 4: Allow the garlic to cool, then squeeze the cloves into a mixing bowl.
- Step 5: Add sour cream and horseradish to the bowl and mix until smooth.
- Step 6: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 7: Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.

This sauce can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to two days.
