  • oz sparkling water to top off the drink
  • oz ice essential for serving chilled
  • oz fresh mint leaves for garnish

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Prepare the rhubarb by chopping it into small pieces.
  2. Step 2: In a medium saucepan, combine the chopped rhubarb, water, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
  3. Step 3: Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes until the rhubarb is soft.
