- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x9-inch baking pan by greasing it lightly with butter or cooking spray.
- Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Add softened butter and mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Step 3: Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan and bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and baking powder until smooth.
- Step 5: Fold in fresh raspberries into the lemon mixture carefully.
- Step 6: Pour the lemon-raspberry mixture over the baked crust and spread it evenly. Bake for an additional 20-25 minutes until set.
