  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, softened butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  2. Step 2: Stir in the graham cracker crumbs and chopped honey-roasted peanuts until fully incorporated.
  3. Step 3: Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Press the peanut butter mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  4. Step 4: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  5. Step 5: Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer in the pan, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  6. Step 6: Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is set.
  7. Step 7: Once set, lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper. Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
