- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of sour cream. To this, add 2 tablespoons of prepared horseradish and 2 tablespoons of honey.
- Step 2: Mince 2 cloves of garlic and add them to the mixture, along with 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice.

- Step 4: Season with salt and pepper to taste.
