  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 can Hatch green chili sauce (10 oz)
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed (15 oz)
  • 1 cup corn frozen or canned
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 package tortilla chips (10 oz)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Hatch green chili sauce, black beans, corn, sour cream, half of the shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Lightly grease your 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  4. Step 4: Spread half of the tortilla chips evenly on the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Step 5: Pour the chicken mixture over the tortilla chips, spreading it evenly across the dish.
  6. Step 6: Layer the remaining tortilla chips on top of the chicken mixture and sprinkle the rest of the shredded cheese over the chips.
  7. Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
