- Step 1: Heat the skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil. Allow the oil to heat up; you'll know it's ready when it shimmers.
- Step 2: Add the ground chicken to the skillet. Use a spatula to break it apart as it cooks.
- Step 3: Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken. Stir well and cook for about 7-10 minutes until fully cooked and browned.
- Step 4: While the chicken cooks, warm the tortillas in another pan over low heat or in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Step 5: Once the chicken is cooked, remove the skillet from heat and pour in the Caesar dressing, stirring to combine thoroughly.
- Step 6: To build your tacos, place a generous portion of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Step 7: Top each taco with chopped romaine lettuce and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Step 8: Optionally, sprinkle croutons on top before serving.
- Step 9: Serve immediately for the best taste.
Notes
For a low-carb version, serve the chicken mixture in lettuce wraps. You can prepare the chicken mixture ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator for up to three days.
