- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix, brown gravy mix, chicken broth, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Step 3: Add the baby potatoes to the bowl with the garlic butter mixture. Toss the potatoes gently until they are evenly coated.
- Step 4: Pour the coated potatoes into a baking dish and spread them out in a single layer.
- Step 5: Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Step 6: After 30 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 20-25 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
- Step 7: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
