- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add sour cream and prepared horseradish. Stir them together until well combined.
- Step 2: Add chopped fresh dill and lemon juice to the mixture. Stir well until everything is combined.
- Step 3: Season your sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust as needed.
- Step 4: Cover your bowl or transfer the sauce to an airtight container. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 5: Once chilled, give it a good stir before serving. Enjoy with grilled fish, as a dip for veggies, or on sandwiches.
Notes
This sauce can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. It only gets better as the flavors meld together.
