Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, cream together ½ cup of softened unsalted butter and 1 cup of granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
