- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Grease and flour your 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, combine grated zucchini, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Step 4: In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon.
- Step 5: Gradually add dry ingredients to zucchini mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Step 6: Gently fold in chocolate chips and nuts (if using).
- Step 7: Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Step 8: Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Step 9: Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
