- Step 1: In a medium saucepan, add pumpkin puree, milk, heavy cream, and sugar. Use a whisk to blend these ingredients together over medium heat.
- Step 2: Continue to heat the mixture while whisking until it is smooth and heated through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Step 3: Add vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, and a pinch of salt. Stir well to combine all the flavors.
- Step 4: Heat the mixture again, stirring occasionally, until it is hot but not boiling, about 3-5 minutes.
- Step 5: Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before transferring to a storage container.
- Step 6: Store the creamer in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before each use.
Notes
To enhance flavor, consider toasting the spices before adding the liquids. If you prefer a thinner consistency, add more milk to your liking.
