  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 medium red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil chopped

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted water according to package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Step 2: While the pasta is cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon slices and cook until crispy and browned, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and crumble.
