- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Step 3: Add orzo pasta to the skillet and stir to coat in garlic-infused oil, toasting slightly for 1-2 minutes.
- Step 4: Pour in vegetable broth and heavy cream. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Step 5: Reduce heat to low and let orzo cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Step 6: Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Step 7: Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Step 8: Remove from oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
