- Step 1: Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, shredded cooked chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, and chopped romaine lettuce.
- Step 3: Add Caesar dressing to the bowl and gently toss until all ingredients are well coated.
- Step 4: Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 5: Just before serving, sprinkle croutons on top for added crunch.
- Step 6: Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
This pasta salad can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days. Just add croutons right before serving to keep them crunchy.
