- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the halved baby potatoes and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Step 3: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, milk, and melted butter. Add ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Step 4: Fold the cooked potatoes into the creamy mixture, being careful to keep some texture.
- Step 5: Transfer the potato mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Step 6: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon over the top.
- Step 7: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Step 8: Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
