- Step 2: In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

- Step 4: While the cauliflower is roasting, bring vegetable broth to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add orzo pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Step 5: In a large mixing bowl, combine buffalo sauce, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until creamy.
- Step 6: Stir in the cooked orzo and roasted cauliflower into the cheese mixture.
- Step 7: Grease a baking dish and pour the mixture into it, spreading evenly.
- Step 8: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
- Step 9: Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
