- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Line your muffin tin with paper liners.
- Step 3: In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Step 4: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Step 5: Add the egg, milk, vanilla extract, and vegetable oil to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Step 6: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
- Step 7: Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Step 8: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Step 9: Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Step 10: Allow muffins to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
Notes
