- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, jalapeños, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Step 3: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Step 4: Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Step 5: Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
- Step 6: Serve warm with tortilla chips, fresh veggies, or crackers.
Notes
You can prepare the dip ahead of time and store it in the refrigerator. Just bake it right before serving for the best results.
