  • 1 can corn 15 oz, drained
  • 1 can diced jalapeños 4 oz, drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine corn, jalapeños, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
