Method
- Step 1: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cooked and shredded crab meat, finely chopped green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Use a spoon or spatula to mix everything together until well combined.
- Step 2: On a clean surface, lay out a wonton wrapper. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture into the center of the wrapper. Moisten the edges of the wonton wrapper with a little water, fold the wrapper in half diagonally to form a triangle, and press the edges together firmly to seal.
- Step 3: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray, arrange the crab rangoons in a single layer, and spray the tops with more cooking spray. Cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Step 4: Once cooked, carefully remove the crab rangoons from the air fryer and place them on a serving platter. Serve immediately with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
You can assemble the crab rangoons ahead of time and store them in the refrigerator. Cooked crab rangoons can last in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat them in the air fryer for a few minutes to restore their crispiness.
