For the Strawberries
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries washed and dried
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • Red, white, and blue sprinkles

  • Spatula
  • Refrigerator

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Step 2: In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate chips. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Step 3: Take each strawberry by the green stem and dip it into the melted white chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Step 4: While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the red, white, and blue sprinkles on top of each dipped strawberry.
  5. Step 5: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
